Let’s get to know each other, shall we? I’ll go first. With Angelica PT, I set out to build a community of busy people who don’t want to surrender their fitness goals to the responsibilities of everyday life.

MY STORY

Angelica’s Health Story

Everyone’s fitness journey is different! Throughout my life, I’ve dipped my toe into so many varieties of workouts, leading me directly to where I am today.

Before having two children in my twenties, my workout routine was mostly made up of running, aerobics, taebo and yoga. But in my 30s, I decided to hire a personal trainer to help get my fitness on track and find a balance between mum-time and me-time! It was through my trainer that I was introduced to weight training, which quite literally changed my life and led to the birth of my third baby – my very own PT business! I set up my business from home, working around my kids, and within no time, I had a client base of 60+.

As my business grew, I decided to buy a new home and convert the barn into Humbleton Barn Fitness (a bespoke personal training gym offering small group classes, programmes, nutritional therapy, body composition scans and a community myzone facility). With the extra space and even more clients, I was able to teach classes that I could truly get passionate about!

My client base continues to grow, so much so that we have waiting lists for classes like Bosu Balance. Classes like kettlebell training, TRX and Booty Burn are also extremely effective and popular among clients!

Having started my very own personal training business in my 30s, I have over 10 years of experience in coaching clients to improve their fitness and inspiring a community of people to make active changes to better their weekly routines!

It can be hard to make time for fitness, but I’ve got the solution. I’m all about efficient and effective workouts that can easily be slotted into your daily routine, making it easier for you to keep on top of your fitness goals at home or on the go!
