I can genuinely say Angelica PT is the best work out class I’ve undertaken, with a fantastic trainer who truly motivates me. The classes are well organised & varied every week. It’s a very personal experience with a real community spirit. I do four classes a week and they fit in around work. I’ve become healthier, happier, and more confident with my body.

    “Bosu is a great workout using resistance bands. Ang has a different routine each week & there is never a dull moment! As the class name suggests – this really works glutes – I usually feel it for a couple of days after the class.  This class is strengthening & toning my glutes & legs, it’s fun but challenging. “

Angelica adds different elements to it each week such as boxing, yoga, and weights etc so you never know what to expect. My balance, stability and fitness have really improved!     “With the Bosu Balance class, you get a bit of everything. From stretching, and core work to balance, weights and cardio.  Each class is different and challenging, so you never get bored. In Bosu, particularly balancing on the flip side, I  can tell my core is engaged if I am not wobbling all over the place.”

    “Great way to tone up the core while balancing on the Bosu either on the semicircle ball or on the flat plate with the ball underneath. Having an unstable surface activites the whole body and is great got all over fitness. Such a varied class which really engages the core. Sometime also using Dumbbells, elastic bands and one legged exercises to keep things interesting. My favourite class as its different every session and you feel the core working after each session.”

    “Bosu is amazingly challenging, physically and mentally and uses muscles you don’t even know you have! Angelica is so good at explaining each movement and is supportive and encouraging throughout, even when you wobble or fall off! The class atmosphere is fun but there’s a lot of hard work and sweat going on which is why I love it so much! Tones the whole body this one… 5 stars!”

    “‘Angelica’s Bosu classes have been amazing for my physical development, having played elite level football I was pleasantly surprised on how much these classes developed my strength, balance and overall coordination. Having recently suffered an MCL injury being able to participate in these classes was crucial to my recovery and allowed me to regain full mobility and strength as well as regaining my confidence.
