    Why I use equipment in my class

    Each of my online fitness classes requires certain pieces of home workout equipment. My chosen selection of equipment challenges a variety of muscle groups and pushes you to improve your strength, balance, endurance and cardio. Regardless of your fitness level, these pieces have been chosen because of the many ways that they can benefit everyone’s fitness!

    How home workout equipment will enhance your workout

    Not everyone has the space for a home gym, but the good news is—you don’t need one. With my recommended exercise class equipment, your workouts can be just as effective in your living room as they would be at your local gym! Easy to train with and store away after use, these versatile pieces are ideal for home workouts.

    What pieces of equipment will I need?

    Get involved in all of my fitness classes and secure yourself my recommended list of home exercise equipment: a Bosu ball, resistance bands, kettlebells, and a TRX suspension kit. If you’re really keen to push yourself, I’d also suggest buying some dumbbells to include in your workouts to train an even wider variety of muscles.
