Absolutely! Resistance bands are an effective way to push yourself during your workout and force your body to use even more muscle power. You may feel a burn, but that’s how you know it’s working! Join one of my resistance band classes and see for yourself!

Where can you buy resistance bands?

My personal favourite resistance band set is by Teknift and is available to buy on Amazon. However, any heavy duty set of resistance bands will work just fine.

BOOTY BURN… The title really says it all, it’s all about the booty and it burns! But everyone leaves smiling and feeling great after. Huge variety of exercises using a resistance band across the knee which really activates the booty! It’s a class I always look forward to and feel the burn for days after.

A great workout using resistance bands. Ang has a different routine each week & there is never a dull moment! As the class name ‘BOOTY BURN’ suggests – this really works glutes – I usually feel it for a couple of days after the class.  This class is strengthening & toning my glutes & legs, it’s fun but challenging.
