What is a BOSU ball?

Standing for ‘both sides up,’ A BOSU ball is a versatile piece of workout equipment that kind of looks like an exercise ball, split in half and attached to a flat platform. It is designed to challenge users to engage various muscles while completing exercises that now also involve balance. 

Are BOSU balls effective?

As versatile pieces of training equipment, BOSU balls are incredibly effective in forcing the body to make use of a selection of muscles in just a single online fitness classes. From core training to cardio to leg workouts, BOSU balls can increase the intensity of a whole range of exercises.

How to use a BOSU balance trainer?

A BOSU ball can be used in a massive selection of workouts. They can be used for standing on during workouts but can also be lay or kneeled on. Join one of my classes to get a more detailed idea of how to use a BOSU ball in a variety of ways!

Are Bosu ball squats effective?

Absolutely! Regular squats can be tricky enough, but if you’re serious about feeling the burn, squatting on a BOSU ball is the perfect way to push yourself and take your squats to the next level! With BOSU ball squats, you can train your glutes, core, hamstrings, and quads in just one workout.

Is a BOSU ball worth it?

Definitely! My BOSU Balance session is one of my most popular classes at Humbleton Barn and for good reason. If you’re looking for effective and efficient workouts, you’ll love working out on a BOSU. Training a wide variety of muscles in just one 45-minute session, not a moment is wasted with a BOSU ball.

BOSU is one of my favourite classes! It is a fun, challenging class which guarantees a good sweat! Angelica adds different elements to it each week such as boxing, yoga, and weights etc so you never know what to expect. My balance, stability and fitness have really improved! Thank you Angelica!
