I would recommend shopping for sets of kettlebells of a variety of weights so that you can complete a workout that matches your skill level, whilst also having the option to push yourself with slightly heavier dumbbells.

What muscles do kettlebell swings work?

You might be surprised to know just how many muscle groups kettlebell swings can actually benefit! Kettlebell swings primarily strengthen your core, hamstrings and glutes but can also benefit a number of other areas.

Can kettlebells build muscle?

Yes, definitely. Training a range of areas at once, kettlebells require full body movements and can thereby build muscle whilst improving stability and endurance.
