What is TRX?

My TRX class makes use of TRX suspension equipment and your own weight to train muscles across your entire body. This versatile training method involves a ton of different positions that can benefit a number of areas of the body. From stretches boosting your flexibility, to bodyweight strength training for building muscle, everyone can benefit from TRX.

What does TRX stand for

TRX stands for Total-Body Resistance eXercise. 

How to use TRX?

Is TRX a good workout?

Absolutely! TRX can help you develop your core stability, flexibility, strength, and balance by exercising a massive selection of muscles in the process. 

Which TRX trainer to buy?

When it comes to your TRX suspension trainer , I recommend shopping directly from the TRX website. My classes use both TRX suspension equipment and the RiP trainer.

TRX – endless variations to exercise your whole body.  Easy to adapt exercises to suit all abilities.  Because it is a small class, there is lots of  1:1 advice and attention.  One of my aims when starting TRX was to improve the range of movement in my hips and shoulders and this has been achieved.  Always a fun class

This is a great workout and Ang delivers excellent classes to suit all abilities.  When I joined Angelica PT,  my core was weak and balance was not particularly good.  Regular classes & workout with Ang has enabled me to improve strength & endurance. It’s a great class to improve co-ordination & balance.
