BOSU Balance

Combining weights and a BOSU ball, these classes put your balance to the test and challenge your entire body. Get ready to tone up by engaging the core and testing your endurance with a variety of online fitness workouts that force you to work a range of muscles and guarantee a good sweat.

TRX Training

Involving a blend of stretch, cardio and strength training, my TRX classes offer limitless varieties of exercise for the entire body. Watch as your flexibility, range of movement and strength seamlessly improve over time after attending my weekly TRX sessions.

Booty Burn Classes

My BOOTY BURN resistance band classes do exactly as they say on the tin! Focussing primarily on the glutes, these classes will have you feeling the burn for days to come. So, get ready to strengthen and tone your glutes with my efficient resistance band classes.

    I recommend the Teknifit resistance bands, but any heavy-fabric bands will work! To really push yourself, you’ll also need some dumbbells.

    My app has a range of virtual fitness classes of varying intensities, but wherever you start with BOOTY BURN, you’ll be feeling this one for a few days!

Kettlebell Classes

My kettlebell classes are about so much more than just strength training! Cardio, balance and core strength play a massive part in these online fitness classes. With a variety of movements, positions and lifts, your whole body will reap the benefits of my kettlebell class.

    I recommend buying a selection of cast iron kettlebell pairs to really challenge yourself during your workout.

    The intensity of your kettlebell online fitness workouts can depend on the weight of your kettlebells. So make sure your weights match your skill level, and increase the weight as you progress!
