If it wasn’t already obvious, my BOOTY BURN resistance band training classes focus primarily on the glutes, keeping that tush nice and toned!     Lunges and squats become all the more intense with a resistance band maintaining the tension on the movement throughout! This works to tone up the glutes and gives you that burning sensation that we’re looking for!

    Build Muscle

    Working with resistance bands introduces a new element of strain and tension to your workout, forcing you to push yourself that little bit harder. This works to stimulate muscle growth and help you tone up far quicker than you would have done by completing regular reps!

How are resistance bands used in my BOOTY BURN class?

In my online fitness classes, you should expect to be kept on your toes! My workout videos include a range of exercises like squats, lunges and hip thrusts, each utilising Booty Bands to really train those glutes.

How do resistance bands prevent injuries?

Resistance bands are commonly used in physiotherapy to strengthen damaged muscles and prevent similar injuries from taking place in the future. If you’re looking to stay as flexible and mobile as you can for as long as possible, I recommend giving BOOTY BURN a go.

Can you grow glutes with resistance bands?

Absolutely! Resistance bands introduce a new level of tension to your regular workouts, pushing you that little bit harder to see the results that you’re looking for even faster.

How difficult are my BOOTY BURN classes

I didn’t call them BOOTY BURN for nothing! There’s nothing more satisfying than feeling that light post-workout burn, letting you know that results are on the way! You’re probably already very familiar with exercises like squats and lunges, but my classes amp up the difficulty just a bit with Booty Bands to challenge you to push yourself!
