    Making use of suspension straps, my TRX Training class involves bodyweight training in order to engage a selection of muscle groups in just one home session. Challenge yourself by working on your core stability as you complete a variety of movements to build muscle across the body.

    Improve Your Flexibility

    My selection of TRX Training classes involve a varied range of motion in order to target a number of muscles. In the process, you’ll find that the suspension bands allow you to complete controlled stretches which not only boost your flexibility but also level up your strength! These workouts are thereby perfect for injury prevention and keeping agile with age!

How long are my TRX Training classes?

Depending on how much time you have to spare, you can find a variety of TRX Training classes on the Angelica PT Gymcatch ranging from 15 minutes to 45 minutes!

Is TRX Training hard for beginners?

You can definitely expect to break a sweat during my TRX Training. TRX Training requires a very basic level of fitness and coordination, but with my assistance you can improve in no time!

How difficult are my TRX Training workouts?

For the beginners out there, worry not! We all have to start somewhere and TRX equipment is adaptive to suit a range of skill levels. So find one of my workouts that best match your skill level and adjust your equipment to ease the strain on your body. With time, you’ll be able to increase the difficulty and see even better results.

Is TRX Training good for older people?

Absolutely. TRX Training is a fantastic way to improve your posture, flexibility, strength and reduce your likelihood of injury! I’d advise anyone keen to stay fit and agile for as many years as possible to give TRX Training a go!
