Whether you’re squatting, stretching or lifting weights, standing on a BOSU ball makes these exercises all the more challenging, forcing the body to engage the core and strengthen its stability.

    Core Stability

    With it’s unstable surface, a BOSU ball forces users to focus on engaging a range of muscles in order to balance as they complete other exercises including both cardio and strength training. My BOSU Balance fitness classes work on improving your core stability as you maintain balance and strengthen your coordination.

I love the Bosu class as it’s a really great way to add some diversity to your weekly workouts as it blends balance whilst also working several parts of your body slightly differently to other workouts so it’s an excellent addition to your routine.

How will the Bosu ball be used in my classes?

I like to make use of the BOSU ball in quite a variety of ways in my BOSU Balance class. BOSU literally stands for ‘both sides up,’ so you can only imagine the versatile range of ways it can be used! From lifting dumbbells to seated ab workouts, I make sure that these BOSU Balance fitness classes allow you to push your entire body.

Are my Bosu ball classes difficult?

Each of my workout videos are designed to push you! There is, however, a range of BOSU Balance classes available on Angelica PT to choose from, each of differing difficulties. So join Angelica PT and discover the workouts that best match your skill level.

Is BOSU ball good for back pain?

Yes, definitely. If you’re suffering from back pain, my BOSU balance classes are perfect for rehabilitating the back and preventing further injuries from occurring. Prepare to strengthen your core and align your spine with the Angelica PT BOSU Balance class.
