Is Angelica PT good for beginners?

100%! My classes cater to a wide variety of abilities, with many workouts being fully adaptable to suit your preferred difficulty. I encourage beginners to get involved because after a couple of sessions with me, you’ll feel like anything but!

What equipment do I need?

I like to keep my classes simple, effective and accessible to as many people as possible, which is why my sessions require a very limited set of home workout equipment. You can find links to my recommended Bosu ball, TRX kit, resistance bands and kettlebells on the Class Equipment page.

Will there be 1 to 1 coaching?

Yes! 1 to 1 training opportunities will be coming to Angelica PT soon.

How do I join the Angelica PT live classes?

If you’re keen to join one of my live classes, you can find the zoom link within the calendar of the gym catch app. Live classes are £5.50 and is an additional cost to the monthly subscription.

What do I play the workouts on?

My online fitness classes are all available to you on the Gymcatch app! So, whether you’d rather join along on your phone, laptop, iPad, tablet or connect to the TV, you can partake in whatever way best suits you.

How often should I do the workouts

Four brand new workouts are uploaded to the app every single week, but how many you partake in is completely up to you. Even if you can only squeeze in one 45-minute workout, it’s a great start! At the same time, if you can find the time for three-four, get stuck in!

Can I do the workouts if I’m pregnant?

My adaptive workouts are designed to cater to as many people as possible. I would advise pregnant women to not participate in Bosu classes, however, just in case you lose balance and injure yourself. It’s always a good idea to discuss new exercise routines with your doctor to make sure they’re suitable for you and your pregnancy!

What is included in the membership?

An Angelica PT membership gives you access to four brand new workouts per week, including classes like:

Is there a free trial for Angelica PT?

Absolutely. You can find out what my classes involve with my 7-day Angelica PT free trial. Enjoy an introduction to my selection of classes and get an idea of what each of my workouts entail without paying a penny!

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please email hi@angelicapt.com or contact us via the contact us page on the website.

How do I subscribe to a workout plan?

To subscribe to your chosen workout plan, first click packages, choose your chosen plan, then complete purchase.
Next, click onto the On-Demand section, click into your purchased plan, then click redeem.
Lastly, click into your plan, click view resource and follow the link and password provided.

Is this meal plan right for my calories/ macros?

You can use this calculator here to measure what your daily calorie intake should be roughly.

From here just adjust the portion sizes to match your needs. You can also add things like protein shakes to make up the difference.

If you’re unsure about how to track this, I’d recommend using MyFitnessPal to track your food daily.

I have also included a guide here on how to use MFP if you haven’t used it before.

I don’t like the recipe, how can I change it?

All the mains recipes will have adjustments for like for like changes that you can access in the notes parts of the recipes.

If you are not liking the recipes in general, there will be a monthly q&a where you can ask questions and I can advise live on what kinds of substitutions you can make.

I’ve also made a handout of different sources of all the main food groups; Carbs/ Fats/ Proteins. You can get creative and try and swap protein for protein etc. It’s available here.

How often do I get a new meal plan?

I’ll be creating a new meal plan every month for you, based off of what people suggest in the monthly Q&A. If there are too many different recommendations to make a coherent meal plan, I will put the different options mentioned to a poll and the most voted options will make it to the plan.

This method will ensure that you will get a personalised plan at a tiny fraction of the cost.

Will I get any other types of support?

I’ll be uploading my educational content when it comes through. This will be in the form of short videos, podcasts & blogs.

So please do keep an eye out for these when they are released!
